All of our items are quality checked, controlled, and packed with great care to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo or video and notify us within 48 hrs of receiving it.

Lost or damaged items may be eligible for a refund by making a claim with Australia Post. We do not allow returns or exchanges.

PICK UP - orders can be collected from our NAIDOC Hub in the Alice Plaza from the 1st of July until the 11th of July (please see our Shop page of the website for opening times).

DELIVERY - orders can be shipped from Mparntwe/Alice Springs via Australia Post anywhere in Australia for $15. Regular standard shipping parcel post service can take 7-10 business days to arrive after dispatch. Pre-orders will be despatched on Monday the 30th of June.
